Where do you ship to?

I currently ship to Canada via Chit Chats, UPS or Canada Post. Please note shipping to the USA is currently paused while we await information regarding tariffs.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the one-of-a-kind and small-batch nature of my products, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How do I clean and care for my items?

I recommend spot cleaning or handwashing and laying flat to dry.

Where do you source your fabric?

All fabric is currently sourced from thrift stores, textile recycling facilities, or donated secondhand from family and friends.

Do you take custom bag orders?
