Where do you ship to?

I currently ship to Canada via Canada Post. Please note shipping to the USA is currently paused.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the one-of-a-kind and small-batch nature of my products, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How do I clean and care for my items?

I recommend spot cleaning or handwashing and laying flat to dry.

Do you take custom bag orders?

I can accept custom work on a case by case basis if you have a piece of fabric you'd like turned into one of the styles of bags I make! Please reach out to me at info@mimistudio.ca and we can discuss :)
